Please call or email to schedule your next appointment. Prior to your first session there will be a minimal intake form to fill out, so plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
Bowen Appointment: $65 (please allow 90 minutes for your initial appointment)
Regular Monthly Sessions: $55 The cost of appointments is discounted for clients who schedule 4-5 weeks apart on an ongoing basis. For many clients, this is a cost effective and supportive addition to a health maintenance program. (Sessions either less or more than 4-5 weeks apart will be charged the full rate of $65.)
Payment is accepted in the form of check or cash. 
Your first Bowen appointment
- Please wear loose, lightweight clothing. This will allow me to accurately contact your skin during treatment. (It is particularly difficult for me to work through hose, girdles, tight blouses, or jeans. You may wish to bring along a pair of lightweight shorts to put on before your session.
- I strongly recommend to new clients that you schedule two appointments, one week apart. This sets in the foundation of the work. Afterward, you are free to create your own appointment schedule. Bowen usually remains active in the body for up to five days. Except in the case of acute injury, we schedule five or more days apart.
- Please take it easy for the rest of the day after your appointment. You may even want to take a nap. By avoiding stress and strain for the rest of this day, you give your body the opportunity to continue repairing. The next day, go back to your normal life unless your therapist has suggested otherwise.
- Please speak with me before you schedule other bodywork while you are receiving Bowen Therapy! Since your Bowen sessions already create a powerful force for change, we want to avoid giving your nervous system conflicting messages from other systems of bodywork. There are some exceptions, so please ask. (The general rule of thumb is that if you receive chiropractic or massage, please schedule your Bowen treatments five days before or afterward.)
