"It is only when we silent the blaring sounds of our daily existence that we can finally hear the whispers of truth that life reveals to us, as it stands knocking on the doorsteps of our hearts." ~K.T. Jong

Wonderful Videos on YouTube:

This guild-produced video is an enthusiastic introduction to The Feldenkrais Method. Included are mini interviews with Feldenkrais class participants who describe some of the ways in which these movement explorations have enhanced their lives.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_i5QuIqcQo&feature=related

Ruthy Alon, one of Moshe's original 13 students and a master teacher in her own right, has created this inspiring presentation of the Feldenkrais Method in action. She flows through sequences of movement which are based entirely on specific Awareness Through Movement lessons which have been interlaced together into one elegant "dance". (This beautiful video is in four parts.  See "Related Videos" in the right hand column for parts 2 ,3, and 4)  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igpJeOkgfzw&feature=related

This short video called "Gravity Baby" is an excellent demonstration of movement the way nature intended. In aging, balance, ease and joy can seem more and more difficult to find within ourselves. Feldenkrais lessons, however, can provide a way back to this childlike state.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pm72DAE0h_o&feature=related
