• From the Courthouse Plaza at Montezuma and Gurley streets, travel west on Gurley St. (toward Thumb Butte) for two short blocks.

• Turn north (or right) onto McCormick St.

• Drive toward the end of that block.

• Just before the stop sign, you will see a parking lot which you want to turn into.

• Suite 101 is on the bottom floor at the left-hand side of the building. Once you enter our waiting room, look for an intake form that I will have left by the receptionist's desk. Please come ten minutes before your appointment to fill out this paperwork....And I will join you shortly!
